This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Procurement, and Supply Chain Systems applications serving as the primary in-house contact for troubleshooting system issues, concerns, administering system updates, and maintaining system integrity. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued. Configure and support core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Employee Self-Service, and other HCM modules. Troubleshoot and/or develop integrations between HCM system and time clock devices. Exhibit a strong understanding of payroll flows and provide support with a sense of urgency for high priority issues. Regular maintenance and support of the ERP system to prevent any disruptions in business operations. Support procurement and supply chain development in mapping standard product functionality to business requirements, identifying solution gaps and proposing relevant customizations or extensions. Acts as the primary internal support resource for all internal technical support personnel, ensuring the resolution of system issues and the continuous functionality to sustain business operations. Maintain and control security access and provisioning of the organization’s non-gaming applications. Exhibit proficiency with SQL queries and database extracts to provide periodic and ad-hoc system reporting. Collect, document, and map business requirements and functional specifications. Develop and deliver project documentation including requirements traceability matrix, business process design, and configuration design. Identify gaps in the standard functionality of systems and operations. Collaborate with technical team and business users. Identify and resolve issues within the given Service-Level Agreement. Create/review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them as needed. Testing and delivering application documentation. Conduct system training and meetings to address questions pertaining to the use of the non-gaming systems and applications. Other analytical, operational, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by manager. Maintain confidentiality of IT Systems, Financial Data, and Employee Information. May be placed on-call and may be required to respond during non-scheduled hours. Ability to manage time and work efficiently to complete assigned tasks on a timely manner. Maintain integrity and honesty with all business decisions. Adaptable and flexible to changes in the organization, operations, or systems. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not require supervisory duties.
QualificationsEducation And Experience (Must Be Documented) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Accounting, Human Resources, or a combination of education and relevant experience supporting ERP systems. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Human Capital Management and its Operations. Two (2) years’ experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Operations preferred. Previous experience in complex ERP Project Implementation is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements Must pass periodic random drug screens. Must be able to pass background suitability investigation. Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License. Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment. Multiple locations. Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours. Must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. Some enterprises are gaming facilities. Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
