Cleaver Brooks is looking for an ERP Systems Support Analyst to join our team in Thomasville, GA. The ERP Systems Analyst role is focused on the delivery of solutions to various business units throughout organization with emphasis on the IFS ERP system for both support and projects. This position will work closely with the rest of the ERP team, and others within IT to help support existing systems and review current system capabilities, workflow, and limitations.

Essential functions:
Managing the Helpdesk as first line support for all IFS related issues. Documentation of solutions. Assisting in projects whenever required. Use remote access software, such as Teams, to install pre-approved software and support end user issues. Train end users and team members. Provide IFS end-user support, including researching user complaints, researching issues, and answering technical questions. Respond to help desk calls and emails and assist with routine problems. Issues that are not quickly resolved may be escalated to the next level. Interface with IT personnel on various projects. Develop, document and revise work instructions utilizing the ClickLearn documentation system for new processes or revisions of existing processes. Provide training to end users and team members for newly released functionality and new system releases. Support programs and systems such as: Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook/Word/Excel), Adobe Acrobat and any other application as it pertains to IFS. Perform general IFS support services as required and other IFS duties as assigned. Attend and participate in team and client meetings. Manage multiple tasks/activities simultaneously, switch priorities as needed. Maintain a schedule of tasks and meet deadlines. Support hardware associated with IFS (Scanners and printers etc.). All other duties assigned.Required Skills:
Strong functional and technical experience with IFS Applications. Ability to understand the full system landscape. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient/Expert in MS Office Suite. Ability to successfully engage and interact with both IT and ERP team. Ability to work in decentralized team environment and communicate using virtual communications tools (phone, conferencing, web meetings, etc.). Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals. Ability to differentiate between business needs vs business wants. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members regarding collaborative tasks and distill information for end user consumption. Excellent organizations skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Basic Requirements:
Education:
Associates degree or higher in an IT-related field is preferred or equivalent work experience.Experience:
3+ supporting a Manufacturing environment with IFS Applications Critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to independently research and make recommendations.Physical Skill & Effort: Work requires a few simple, but rapid, hand operations, and simple, easy muscular movements.
Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field, or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure.
