Job Duties:

Project Manage testing team Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Define Test Strategy for customer Coach team members to write effective Functional and End to End Test Cases (covering various scenarios functional / regression / negative etc) Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Ensure deliverables meeting agreed quality and standard

 

Skills:

Overall 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of experience in leading ERP Test Teams (SAP / Oracle / Infor LN) Experience in conducting Test Assessments for understanding maturity levels and defining plan to improve maturity levels Experience in defining Test Strategy for customers Strong knowledge in end-to-end business process in any of the functional areas (Logistics / Mfg / Quality / Engineering / Finance) Excellent Testing skills and experience in writing functional and end to end test cases Experience in large scale discrete manufacturing processes Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum) Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
