**Pay Range:** 55.75 - 93.66

**Summary:**
The ERP Training Manager is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. This includes designing training curricula, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ERP Training Manager should possess strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. They should have technical expertise in relevant areas, such as Workday and other related systems, to provide accurate and effective training. Project management skills are also important, as the Training manager will need to manage training projects and programs from conception, design to implementation, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
He/she manages budget preparation and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, purchasing, general ledger reconciliation and functions related to department operations and personnel. The role will liaison with finance, budget, purchasing and legal affairs, along with other appropriate departments across the system. **Other information:**
• 5 years ERP experience
• At least 3 years of Workday experience in organizational change management preferably for an academic medical center, healthcare provider or higher education environment.
• Deep understanding of Workday applications coupled with exceptional change management skills, and a strong ability to design and deliver effective communication and training programs to ensure successful user adoption and ongoing engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training curricula and programs
• Skilled at creating key performance indicators and status dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with strong people skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and manage in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT teams.
**Preferred Job Qualifications:**
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
**Responsibilities:**
• Identify key personas to develop a target audience for communication and training.
• Design and develop, and administer a training governance program
• Document impact assessments to create action plans for training materials
• Create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communication materials related to Workday projects and training
• Partner with team members to design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to ensure effective use of Workday’s suite of applications.
• Partner with RUSH’s employee experience team.
• The Training Manager will work closely with the OCM lead to assure congruity between training processes and system design/changes
• Organize and coordinate Workday training programs to provide end user training inclusive of developing training materials and creating class schedules and other necessary training artifacts.
• Facilitate instructor led, webinars, and workshops for employees at all levels to ensure the development of Workday skills and workflows.
• Lead a team of training specialists or coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities using Workday.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Develop and monitor metrics to assess the success of adoption, change management, and training efforts.
• The Director will regularly review and refine training processes, incorporate feedback, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on training status, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
• Direct efforts to create and maintain pertinent knowledge articles
• Liaison for the application team to key business and technical stakeholders.
