Working as an ERSEA Assistant/Family Services Floater at Acelero Learning, South Carolina, gives you the opportunity to give back to your local community by engaging and supporting the families and children in our program. You will be responsible for assuring that the program maintains full enrollment serving the community’s highest need children. This position must be held by an individual who can fully understand the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards and is able to implement them accurately at all times. Are you ready to make a difference?Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Ensure the eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes adhere to Head Start Program Performance Standards and Acelero policies and procedures• Support families and other staff in the use of the Online Family Application (such as setting up account, answering questions, entering information, uploading documents, etc)• Review all applications received and work directly with families to ensure that all necessary enrollment/intake forms are completed and obtained in a timely manner for all children/families assigned to their Center(s)• Determine the eligibility of children/families, ensuring that all family documentation is accurate and completeJob Requirements:• Previous experience working with families• A passion for achieving positive child and family outcomes through high-quality family engagement• High School Diploma/GED, Associate's Degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred• Knowledge/Experience of Head Start Performance Standards preferred• Travel locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions• An eagerness to adopt our values: Embracing Diversity, Teamwork & Community, Data-Informed Learning, Open Communication, and Follow-Through

+ Salary: $35,000/year + Comprehensive Benefits Package
