Team is responsible for Inbound and Chat Support for Canada Majors clients, providing support on ADP Canada products and Canadian legislation for English clients
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL SKILLS (Below skills would be a huge PLUS)
• Technically savvy with the ability to systematically instruct clients on the use of ADP products and systems. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
•Familiarity with Remote software
•Understanding of Windows Explorer, internet browser settings and system troubleshooting
