4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.

This role is responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities in accordance with solution development methodology and supporting IT projects. Analysts II support in end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks assignment and completion; create and maintain project artifacts, and ensures appropriate definition and execution of user acceptance test. They liaison with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve the projected outcomes when troubleshooting issues, implementing new systems, and upgrading existing systems while holding accountability for the end-to-end implementation.

Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on optionsProvides experienced services including defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems to meet client’s needsTakes accountability for end-to-end implementation and realization of the use of a variety of IT solutions by working with staff, contractors, and vendorsAnalyzes performance metrics to ensure user satisfactionDevelops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutionsSupports various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutionsIdentifies, pursues, and closes engagements for solutions practice and helps troubleshoot issues that arise from translation of requirementsAnalyzes customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvementsSupports in review and approve test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal riskKeeps stakeholders informed of problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectationsWorks in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirementsInteracts with IT staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractorsSupports project planning and coordination among different project teamsPartners internally with business partners, and externally with Clients elicit business requirements that describe the desired the technical/analytical solutionDevelops and authors user stories (and business cases) applying generally accepted techniques to convey the expectationDevelops low fidelity mock-ups and annotated illustrations that convey the expected deliverable and user experienceParticipates in backlog grooming, prioritization, and estimation process

The work modality is 100% remote and it is necessary to have a fluent level of English (C1), since you will work directly with international clients.
