Escalations Specialist (Series 7 FINRA License Holder)

In this role, you will:

Participate in researching and resolving escalated inquiries and complaints with significant organizational impact and identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues within defined scope of responsibilitiesReview and analyze inquiries and complaints that require special handling, research, and evaluationConsult regarding difficult and complex transactions, and determine appropriate course of remedial actionPresent recommendations for resolving escalated inquiries and complaints, and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of transaction quality or deficiencies, risks, and investigative steps to recommend solutionsProvide information to management committee members, agencies, or more experienced business leadersProvide feedback to internal and external customers regarding identification of fraud and inconsistencies


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Customer Contact in a Financial Services Environment, Financial Services Operations, Underwriting, or Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationSuccessfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration


Desired Qualifications:

Must be a Series 7 FINRA License HolderMust have at least 2 years of College (no back subject) or its equivalentAmenable to work (5 Neo) onsite and evening schedule


Job Expectations:

Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite is required
