Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** This position will be responsible for providing safe transportation services to facility personnel, foreign visitors and the Facility Manager, evaluates hazards, threats and solutions required to eliminate or minimize risk, before, during and after transportation. Give support to different areas in transportation related activities. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze and create security presentations. + Fleet vehicle management, including not limited to cleanliness, maintenance, record of service. + Review and monitor visitor’s schedules. + Responsible for providing secure transport, security advice, event security and protection to employees, visitors, clients, executive staff, as well as safeguarding assets. **Education Requirement:** Requires a completed technical degree or related field. Requires fluent English **What skills you will have:** **Crisis Management** : + Ability to help evaluate risk, benefits and consider alternatives. + Quick decision taking and fast communication. **Conflict Management** : + Knowledge to Identify, obtain and organize relevant data and ideas. + Ability to prioritize activities and security related decisions. + Excellent interpersonal skills to help employees and deal with security issues. + Advanced skill in critical situations for decision making.. **Premises Security** : + Knowledge on Access Control + Knowledge on handling CCTV monitoring. + Microsoft office package skills + Ease of developing procedures related to asset security. + Knowledge of the applicable standards for the plant protection area. + Excellent communication skills to conduct training for the emergency response team. + Ability to identify situations of information theft, vandalism, sabotage and other threats to facilities. + Advanced knowledge of the city and its surroundings **Security Management** : + Advanced knowledge in brigade management coordination. + Ability to plan simulated emergency scenarios and determine appropriate responses. + Advance knowledge to record types of accidents, activities, threats or violations that could be considered emergencies and report to manager. + Knowledge to carry out procedures in accordance with our security standards. **Additional Information:** + This position will be in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX + Your work schedule is Monday to Friday and this position is face-to-face. + Availability time is required depending on the needs of the department. + Relocation is not offered for this position. + This position requires 40% domestic and international travel. + Visa required.
