We are searching for an experienced and passionate Escrow Processor to join our dynamic team at Lennar Title. As part of the Priority Close Unit (“PCU”) Department, individual candidates will be placed with one or more teams within PCU based upon skills; previous experience and/or adaptability. The PCU Department provides a range escrow services for multiple states throughout the country including, but not limited to: openings; closings/disbursements; delivery of title products; taxes; utilities; HOA’s; judgment liens; payoff demands; preparation of lender packages and the recording of documents with applicable municipalities. The PCU Department is focused on maximizing efficiencies in order to assist the escrow branches with their day to day processes to maximize efficiencies and increase profitability for the organization.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Process tasks as assigned by management - one particular team or multiple within the PCUKeep management informed of your personal workflow/workload if the current volume coming through will affect our SLA’s (service level agreements) and TAT (turnaround time)Communication with customer of task status Operates computer, title search systems, tax assessor recordsOperates multi-function copiers/scannersPrints or writes legibly.Communicates via telephone, email Prioritizes requests.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.


Requirements

High School diploma or GED requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office required1+ years of direct Title insurance experience preferredPrevious knowledge or experience in the Title/Escrow Industry is a plus but is not required for this position. Commitment to customer service for our escrow branches is required.Ability to handle multiple tasks/requests, employ good judgment, and establish priorities is required. Computer skills required. Must be detail oriented and have good communication skills, either in person or on the phone. Must have the ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures while under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.




Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
