POSITION TITLE: Client Services Manager - International 

Reports to: Director, International Assignment Services

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for effectively managing the daily operation of the business unit, ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through the delivery of high-quality service. Works in collaboration with Director and Account Management team to ensure strong customer relations and operational excellence. Manages the performance of individuals to create/maintain a high-performance team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 


 

Operations 

Oversees allocation of resources and staff to maintain appropriate standards of coverage, addresses volume fluctuations and ensures availability of resources. Analyzes, researches, and identifies team service issues, addresses issues that are easily resolved and makes recommendations to the Director for improvements regarding more complex issues. Provides consistent communication to team members and Director regarding individual/team measurements and results.

People and Organizational Development 

Creates an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation, motivation, and professional growth. Works with Director to continuously develop overall team performance, effectively utilizing team resources and implementing improvements. Assesses strengths and developmental needs of employees and provides timely, clear, and objective coaching.

Client Relations 

Works in tandem with Director(s) and Account Management team to ensure accuracy and compliance with proper business practices/client policy; audits files, ensure online integrity. Maintains continuous communication with the full team to ensure Top Block service delivery. Works with appropriate business partners to ensure effective account start-up.
