The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst should have a passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting ESG principles and practices across the DMCI group. He/She should be willing to learn, apply, and train others on matters related to ESG.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any of the following courses: BS in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering BS in Environmental Planning and Management BS in Sanitary Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Environmental Studies, Sustainability Management, Forestry, or equivalent 2 years of experience in operations, cost reporting, analysis, etc. is an advantage. Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the DMCI Holdings ESG Officer on issues, activities, and requirements related to ESG reporting and management. Prepare, consolidate, and report the ESG data of their subsidiaries.E Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders including top management, department heads and staff members to promote sustainability awareness and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams on ESG data gathering, performance monitoring and target setting. Conduct and facilitate ESG programs and initiatives such as employee surveys, ESG trainings and workshops, environmental and resource consumption reduction programs, community involvement activities, etc. Support the successful execution of ESG-focused operational efforts, reviewing progress and tracking results. Participate in the development and implementation of the Company’s ESG strategy and sustainability roadmap. Serve as a resource person for ESG principles, best practices, regulations, frameworks and standards. Share and disseminate knowledge.
