The ESG Data team sifts through the complexity of ESG data to identify, gather and consolidate ESG data demands across the bank, provide insights for the design of efficient and future-proof data strategies, and support the strategic implementations to address these demands.

The ESG Data team

Partners with ESG programs and initiatives to understand their deliverables and help them shape their data demands.

Translate requirements to tangible data requirements for the data suppliers across the bank.

Orchestrate the ESG demand management process for critical ESG data elements – monitor the progress of analysis and delivery in Demand management dashboard views.

Key point of contact for all ESG demands to the COO organization.

As a Business Analyst/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the team by actively working with programs, domain experts and implementation teams to achieve the key objective of delivering ready-for-use ESG data.

Roles and responsibilities

Work closely with ESG stakeholders to understand their data demands.

Refine demands following the demand management process to consolidate multiple and overlapping ESG data demands.

Validate requirements for clarity and consistency across all ESG programs.
