Edelman Smithfield is the transactions and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) advisory boutique within Edelman, that works alongside capital markets participants to provide counsel and communications support in strategic situations, including M&As, divestments, IPOs, SPACs, take privates and activist defense. Our ESG capabilities are grounded in technical expertise that goes beyond communications support, making us increasingly consultants-of-choice for clients who want both upstream technical work and downstream communications and storytelling expertise. We are not looking for an intern with decades of experience and industry qualifications.
