**12588BR** **Title:** ESG Coordinator **Job Description:** Play a pivotal role in guiding and leading the company towards sustainable practices, promoting transparency, and aligning business strategies with global sustainability goals. Oversee and implement ESG initiatives across various facets of organization. Responsibilities include assessing environmental impacts to evaluating social responsibility efforts and ensuring compliance with governance regulations. Job duties: + Coordinate and facilitate sustainability projects and initiatives in all phases of execution to meet the objectives set forth by the company. + Adhere to relevant regulations pertaining to ESG best practices promoting sustainable solutions. + Ensure sustainability program processes and operations are compliant with environmental, governmental, and industrial regulations. + Develop and present reports on sustainability project performance levels and challenges to upper management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. + Collaborate with members of other departments and levels within the organization to help promote sustainability initiatives and foster an eco-friendly corporate culture. + Identify areas of inefficiency and unsustainable corporate practices and provide solutions to help boost environmentally sustainability. + Present proposals for sustainability projects with factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and integration with other initiatives. + Forge relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders and leverage these relationships towards conducting successful sustainability projects. + Connect with different channels of communication and media for marketing initiatives. + Conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, adjusting when necessary. + Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Auto req ID:** 12588BR **Location:** Alajuela, Costa Rica **Department Name:** 3205-Costa Rica Indirect **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s degree In Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business, or related fields such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Law, Project Management, etc. 2. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in CSR Projects, Environmental Compliance, and/or ESG Reports. 3. Advanced English language level (C1 or above). 4. Proficient computer skills and experience with general office software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.). 5. Critical thinking and proven problem-solving experience. 6. Data analysis management. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Strategic thinking and ability to develop strategy. **Desired Qualifications** 1. Master’s degree in Sustainability or ESG Management. 2. Knowledge of the medical device industry. 3. ESG certification. 4.
