The purpose of the ESG Reporting Disclosures Analyst is to develop submissions for ESG ratings and rankings, which our clients, investors and external stakeholders expect, including EcoVadis, CDP, WME, Sustainalytics, MSCI and ISS. Monitors for new reporting trends and regulatory updates around ESG disclosures.

Making an Impact
• Manage the annual submissions for ESG ratings, including CDP and EcoVadis, and reviews data for investor ratings and rankings, including MSCI, ISS and Sustainalytics.
• Monitor regulatory trends around ESG disclosures, including SEC, CSRD and ISSB reporting for country-level requirements and share recommendations on how to align our ESG reporting with best practice frameworks, including ISSB, SASB, TCFD, GRI and SCM
• Support country-level EcoVadis submissions by sharing global best practices
Sharing Expertise
• Aid in the developing our ESG reporting space – including frameworks like TCFD, SASB and GRI
• Monitor and share knowledge with internal teams around the fast-moving landscape of ESG reporting requirements and regulations
• Provide clients and stakeholders with reporting of our ESG data
Gaining Exposure
• There are strong internal communities already developed (ie. ESG and Planet leaders) so the role does not require existing internal stakeholder networks
Your Typical Day
• Prepare submissions for ESG ratings and rankings, including developing a gap analysis and gathering data from various internal stakeholders to populate the questionnaire(s)
• Consult with functional and country-level teams on questions related to EcoVadis, climate roadmaps or ESG reporting, providing advice and guidance to enhance disclosures
• Work with controller function to improve data quality, prepare for third-party assurance and embed data in mandatory reporting
Manage requests from clients or sales leaders on ESG topics
