As an ESG Reporting Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the data collection process to generate ESG disclosures and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our ESG disclosures. You will also develop, implement and monitor internal control part of the ESG reporting processes. You will drive continuous improvement and supports projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

You will be a great fit if you have:

BSc or MSc in Finance, Economics, Accounting5+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, compliance, accounting, auditing or data management requiredFluency in EnglishInterest in ESG, attention to quality and details, willingness to learn, investigate, and solve problemsExperience in ESG reporting, ESG assurance, and ESG ratingsFamiliarity with ESG frameworks (CSRD, TCFD, SASB) and ability to interpret and implement themExcellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, comfortable with large datasets and IT systemsKnowledge of data analytics tools, use of AI, and Power BI; knowledge of Enablon is a plusAbility to lead cross-functional complex projects, including stakeholder management skillsChinese language skills would be an advantage
