**ESG Risk Manager** would be responsible for leading the Bank’s efforts to develop and implement ESG risk framework within the Bank’s risk management structure, working cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, and Business Teams to embed ESG risk management into our decision-making processes. **Responsibilities:** + Development of the Bank’s ESG Risk management framework and ESG risk strategy + Chairing the Sustainable Development Products Commission, responsible for preparation and development of the Bank’s sustainable finance framework and classification of products and transactions + Leading and participation in the key ESG risk related projects + Development and application of ESG risk to the existing Risk Programs, such as:a) ESG risk identification and assessment processb) climate scenario analysis and stress testing methodologyc) calibration and monitoring of ESG risk appetited) reporting on the overall ESG risk profile + Engaging with regulators and support meeting local regulatory requirements + Working with senior management and leaders to ensure effective integration of ESG risks management requirements **What we expect:** + Higher education in finance, economics, risk management, environmental economics and/or completion of specialized courses + 10+ years of relevant professional experience + Deep understanding of European regulations and standards regarding ESG risk management (incl.
