Job Description

Major activities:

Receive critical supplier information and check for consistencyInitiate testing of supplier information via upload of the relevant files to external testing platform and retrieve resultsFollow up with suppliers who do not provide information on timeEscalate problems in the supplier files to senior colleagues for solutionsUpload validated files into EU-Traces system and retrieve responseHandover response from EU-Traces to Supply Chain Department for further processingTrack all steps in a tracking fileInitial trouble shooting and fast escalation to senior colleagues in case of critical problems

Qualifications

Mandatory skills:

Proficient in ExcelAble to use the MS Office package, in particular Outlook, Teams, WordCommunication skillsExcellent oral and written EnglishFast learnerAnalytical skills to detect potential problemsTeam playerAble to work under time pressureAccuracy with details

Additional skills being a plus:

Experience with SustainabilityFormer exposure to EUDRDeeper IT skillsSAP skills
