Job Responsibilities :

1.The ESOC Advisor shall provide exceptional service through advanced
specialized knowledge and advice on both technical and non-technical
queries (voice and non-voice. in the following areas: Wireline service
solutions, Billing, Network and Device, Acquisition / Provisioning and
Sales and Marketing.
2.They will also perform retention and marketingactivities to enhance
jio s share of customer wallet

Education Requirement :

CCNA/Btech

Experience Requirement :

1 - 3 years
