Job Description:

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Validation Specialist is responsible for assisting with facility validation activities and compliance with regulatory requirements in UPS Supply Chain Solutions healthcare facilities. He/She assists QA Validation Supervisors with facility validation projects that involve testing facility storage areas, chambers, and systems. This position assists with the execution of validation tests on equipment and systems. He/She manages facility validation documentation (i.e., organizing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documentation to healthcare facilities) in compliance with regulatory agencies. The Healthcare QA Validation Specialist maintains and tracks Corporate Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training for the Validation group. He/She conducts research for acquiring new validation testing and monitoring equipment. This position provides administrative support and project assistance to the Validation group as needed to achieve validation objectives.
