What you'll be doingAchieve the quotas and critical metrics established by each businessComplete demand generation activities with approved promotional materials, directed to key clients according to the strategy of each business unit.Keep territory and marketing management informed, through activity and results reports, through the use of the Boost platform, as well as the submission of weekly, monthly and annual work plans for territory analysis.Provide product training (entire portfolio) to clinical and/or administrative clientsEffective management of the assigned territory through Salesforce.com, in accordance with the marketing strategy: target, segmentation, frequency and coverage of visits, delivery of the accurate messageDevelop new clients and increase the use of therapy in existing onesBuild sales commitment (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify funnel opportunities together with the KAEEnsure the correct use of products and equipment, improving the expected productivity per business, and propose improvement plans according to the found opportunities, establishing activities, responsibilities, times and evaluation.What you'll bringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biomedical engineering, nutrition or similar2+ years of experience dedicated to sales within hospitals for critical care productsParenteral nutrition experience either as a clinical nutritionist or sales person would be idealContract management for hospitals both public and privateSales and promotion of healthcare products, pharma or medial devicesReasonable Accommodations
