Job DescriptionEspresso Selling Specialists are responsible for:
• Educating consumers on all aspects of our client's product.
• Creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for the customers.
• Collecting customer feedback.
• Maintaining sales goals and effective selling techniques.
• Meeting sales goals and quotas.
The ideal candidate:
• Has direct sales experience; retail sales a must.
• Can drive sales and become a talented and knowledgeable barista.
• Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to Skype or Video Chat (this is for the initial interview only).
• Will have high-speed internet access required for daily reporting, uploading photos, and training.
• Must commit to and work weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
