Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive **Your role and responsibilities** The intern will gain experience working with interdisciplinary research teams at IBM Research Brazil and IBM worldwide. At IBM, we encourage the completion of internal courses and participation in lectures/seminars to improve skills in key areas. The trainee will therefore be able to learn, apply the knowledge acquired knowledge acquired in real scenarios, produce useful goods and advance the state of the art through academic writing. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Be enrolled in an undergraduate course in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent and will graduate in mid-2026 or later. Skills: teamwork, initiative, creativity, willingness to learn - Interest in working with applied research - Advanced English **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Experience in transcribing and organizing user research data, as well as participating in the analysis and discussion phase of such data. • Experience in building UX Mockups to support user studies. • Commitment with software engineering and design good practices; • Familiarity with front-end development, knowledge representation, knowledge reasoning, machine learning and data integration is a plus; • Experience in writing scientific papers and/or technical reports is a differential. • HCI techniques, design methods and tools (e.g. Figma), Qualitative Data Analysis methods and tool
