Virtual - EST: Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team on a W2 contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the AI space. This position requires a strategic approach to sourcing, including Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and passive candidate sourcing. **Key Responsibilities:** + Source and recruit candidates for AI roles, including dev ops, data scientists, software engineers, and more. + Utilize Workday ATS for managing the recruitment process. + Conduct strategic sourcing using Boolean, X-Ray, and other advanced techniques. + Screen and evaluate candidate's technical skills, particularly in AI and programming languages like Python. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. **Required:** + High School Diploma + 3+ years of technical recruiting experience + Proven experience recruiting for AI roles. + Familiarity with software and programming languages such as Python. **Nice to have:** + A Bachelor's degree + Bilingual in French and English (not a requirement) **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end data-drive capabilities across the talent life-cycle.
