Com quem você trabalhará? 

O Time de logística é responsável pela movimentação dos materiais dentro da fábrica, desde a matéria prima até o envio do produto acabado para o cliente, que envolve faturamento e expedição.  

Como você irá fazer a diferença? 

Como membro do time de logística, você será responsável pelo acompanhamento da emissão das notas fiscais para terceiros/fornecedores e também notas fiscais de transferências entre unidades da Wabtec, também terá contato com o time fiscal, PCP e produção a fim de receber as instruções e solicitações para emissão das notas fiscais.  

O que queremos saber sobre você? Requisitos 

Cursando administração, engenharia ou ciências contábeis; 

Inglês básico 

Conhecimento em pacote office, principalmente em Excel 

Como será o seu dia-a-dia? Atividades, rotina 

O trabalho é presencial, em Monte-Alto, onde serão realizadas as principais atividades: 

Acompanhar a emissão de notas fiscais; 

Entender toda a parte fiscal que compões a emissão das notas fiscais; 

Emitir etiquetas de faturamento; 

Fazer follow-up com o time de expedição/produção a fim de analisar os materiais que serão movimentados.
