Key Accountabilities:

Handle day-to-day building operation works in The Peak Tower and St. John's Building Handle handover and takeover premises from tenants Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle tenants’ complaints Supervise cleaning contractors
 

General Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience Certificate in Property Management or above is preferred Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
