Estates Support Administrator

We’re looking for a Superstar to join our Estates team, who wants to start their career in Property. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, would be great if you have experience with Microsoft office, especially Excel and enjoys a challenge. 

The Estates team manage all the 350+ portfolio most particularly the leases, rents, rates, acquisitions and disposals programme, and this role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of our work.  Working closely with Operational and Restaurant Support (head office) teams on all property and estates matters, managing the estates mailbox and dealing with all incoming queries, be they internal or external and building essential relationships with all stakeholders.

Please note, this role will require you to travel across UK and Ireland as and when required. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Arranging funds requests, invoices, purchase orders and payment coding. Manage site inspections from third parties, including landlords, agents and surveyors, and EPC audits where required Manage the commercial and residential portfolios for day-to-day management issues whilst instructing our external managing agents. Manage PizzaExpress’ position on BID’s and voting tactics. Support on the strategy regarding lease renewals, break options and where necessary the disposal of restaurants, and resultant project management of decisions taken. Co-create recommendation ‘Board’ decks for lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals and adhoc estate matters. Support in obtaining relevant consents for works, including but not limited to wayleave agreements and refurbishment works. Support on financial and operational analysis of restaurants, to aid in delivering acquisition strategy, with insightful data and operational analysis.

What you’ll need: 

Previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial and analysing data and figures experience.  Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including, Excel.  Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong commercial awareness and understanding.
