Key Responsibilities: + Provide a variety of professional skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, and skincare consultations. + Evaluate guests' skincare needs and recommend personalized products and treatments. + Maintain a clean and serene treatment room environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols. + Stay current with industry trends and advancements in skincare treatments. + Collaborate with the spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. + Assist with retail sales of spa products by providing product knowledge and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: + Current Maine Esthetician License. + Proven experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred. + Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. + Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. + Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
