About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 About the Role: The Team: Estimates Content Product Team is a Capital IQ Solutions team responsible for the delivery of new content and products, content integration with Visible Alpha Estimates and the go-to-market strategy for Integrated Estimates content offerings including Capital IQ Pro, Xpressfeed, and Snowflake. The team works in close collaboration with internal divisions and teams — Technology, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services —as well as with our clients to create and deliver the roadmap for Estimates.  Responsibilities and Impact: The Estimates Content Product Manager plays an integral role supporting the integration strategy and execution of our Estimates offering on the desktop and data services. Product Management offers exposure to all S&P Global Market Intelligence divisions and clients and opens doors for tremendous career opportunities within S&P Global.   In the role, you will support developing, enhancing and delivering the Estimates offering across the S&P Global Platforms and Data Services.  You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure what we offer drives real client value with the integrated offering. You will work closely with Product, Content, Technology, and Commercial to design, develop and promote solutions catered towards driving value for our clients.  Your job is to create the best possible integrated Estimates products and services for our clients, key activities include:  Support Product Managers in defining and executing on the roadmap from concept through launch for integrated Estimates  Support Product Owners to create and maintain user stories and a product backlog that describes the end goals, and demonstrates the value to our client both external and internal  Prioritization of the product backlog and setting the vision/expectation for the stories within the scrum team  Liaise between the development team and stakeholders, end users, business and customers to define requirements, prioritize delivery goals, resolve impediments and communicate progress  Define and strategize content integration, policies and methodologies Analyze and incorporate internal and external client feedback to drive content product enhancements  Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product roll-out/launch  Conduct analysis along with market and competitor research  Be a subject matter expert to assist relationship managers, new sales, and client support with demonstrations and content understanding as it relates to the integrated Estimates  Conduct product and content testing of the existing platform and new enhancements to ensure all released solutions meet our high quality standards  Work closely with the development (technology) and operations teams from both legacy organizations  Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 100,379 to $ 170,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: BA/BS in finance, business, mathematics, engineering or related fields  10+ years of relevant work experience  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or SAFe process (Experience as a Product Owner/Scrum Master of a SCRUM team a plus)  A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment  The ability to analyze and solve complex problems and show creativity in problem solving e.g. taking a new perspective using existing solutions  Excellent influencing, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills  Additional Preferred Qualifications: Product management experience working with Agile/Scrum teams Ability to understand client product challenges and contribute to defining and communicating solutions  Experience working with estimates data, with a solid understanding of financial statements including experience with investment research reports and company filings  Good knowledge of global financial markets  Knowledge of Investment Management / Investment Banking / Capital Markets workflows; and associated user segmentation within  SQL query knowledge  Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
