Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer). **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Obtains, prepares, reviews and submits bid documents + Basic project take-off’s + Maintains and distributes bid lists and results. + Organizes and distributes correspondence, addendums and quotes as needed. + Communicate with Customers + Other duty requests as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** · High School diploma or GED. · 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, independent environment. · Proven abilityto perform multiple tasks and within stated deadlines. · Demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team. · Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing. · Exhibit profound attention to detail and organizational skills. · Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc. a plus. · Construction industry experience preferred. **Compensation:** Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
