We have an immediate opening for an Estimating Scheduler at our Kawneer office in Springdale, AR.  The Estimating Scheduler position is integral and vital to the Order Pursuit function in Springdale for the West and South Sales Regions.  The Acheduler will evaluate all incoming quote requests, determine whether to bid the work, evaluate the time needed to estimate the proposal, and determine which estimator receives the quote to be processed in a timely manner.

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Understand Customer Pricing Request; plans and specifications, material lists, simple take-offs requiring application revisions Selecting the proper documents/ materials for lead review Creation of Electronic folders/ printouts for lead review Maintain schedule and database through level loading Assist lead in bid/no-bid selectivity Confirm with customer and/or sales regarding scheduling of requests Coordinate with Engineering department for schedule of engineering review Coordination with other Kawneer facilities for package pricing for multiple products Create estimates with KaluCAD
