Temp-to-Hire position$40.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Monday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Estimating Services Manager Software knowledge: Measure Square ? Can live anywhere in Florida and work remotely ? Leads and project information are funneled from Account Managers to Estimating Dept. ? There are 2 other people on this team that will be managed by Estimating Services Mgr. ? Take Offs ? Commercial flooring product material knowledge ? Commercial flooring installation knowledge ? Training and Mentoring a small team ? Experience managing/ coordinating projects ? Multi-family experience ? Reading Blueprints ? Excellent verbal/ written communication ? Computer proficiency Compensation: ? Budget guestimate: $80-90k ? Laptop, monitor screen, and cell phone provided
