**Estimator** **Job Details** **Job Location** Fort Worth - Fort Worth, TX **Position Type** Full Time **Job Description:** UES is looking for an **Estimato** r to join our team. This position entails working in the estimating department to generate cost estimates for new projects with increasing exposure over time to the single family, multi-family & commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the UES team as well as regular client interface. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Generating cost estimates utilizing our take off software from the plans specifications. + Prepare take-offs and material lists and work with drawings and specifications. + Use Excel spreadsheets to transfer quantities and testing frequencies. + Interact with clients and our marketing department to obtain additional contract documents. + Regular attendance is an essential duty of this position **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:** Bachelor's degree (B.
