Responsibilities of Estimator:
-Perform take-offs on all materials
-Procure pricing from suppliers and vendors
-Communicate with clients
- Perform occasional site visits
- Conduct other tasks as assigned

Qualification of Estimator:
-At least 5-10 years previous experience
-minimum Must have previous construction experience
-Experience with ornate metals preferred
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
-Familiar with AutoCad program
-Proficient written and verbal communication skills
-Understanding of construction methods and industry

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $70, 000-$80, 000/year based on experience
