Who You Are
You’re a meticulous and results-driven Estimator with a talent for analyzing project requirements and delivering accurate cost assessments. With expertise in evaluating blueprints, specifications, and project scopes, you excel at preparing detailed estimates, managing budgets, and supporting decision-making processes. Your keen attention to detail and ability to forecast costs ensure projects are completed efficiently and within financial constraints.

Known for your ability to collaborate with project teams, assess risks, and provide actionable insights, you play a vital role in ensuring project success from planning to execution. What You'll Do
In the role of Estimator, your duties will include:

Assist with preparing cost estimates.

Understand and assist in performing risk analyses.

Prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets.

Organize and normalize cost data.

Support cost research and issue paper development.

Assist with database architecture plans.

Assist with database architecture development.

Provide effective verbal and written correspondence.

Be able to effectively work in a team environment.

Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Must be a US or Australian Citizen

Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.

Must have a minimum of four years of experience as an estimator.

Must have demonstrated experience in cost estimation in an engineering and construction environment.

Must be proficient with cost estimation software and tools and have excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Must be familiar with project management processes and methodologies.

Must possess an understanding of NEC4 Schedule of cost components, defined cost, and main options.

This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
