Essential Skills + Estimation + Construction + Estimating software + Bidding + Blueprint + Preconstruction Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator + Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques + Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in estimation software and tools + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Attention to detail and accuracy Work Environment In office setting in Reading, PA.
