A Carter Lumber Estimator performs material take-offs on residential and light commercial buildings. Requires accurate knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the building construction industry. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and customer service are necessary to this position

Requirements to be Considered for the Position: 

5 years minimum in commercial construction estimatingAbility to read blueprintsWorking knowledge of Planswift or similar estimating softwareWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and OutlookThis position is based in Charlotte, NCResponsibilities of the Position:
