Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely estimates for specialty deck from contract drawings and specificationsUtilize Bluebeam, Excel and proprietary software Track all addendums and revisions prior to bid timeWork with engineering and project management to achieve accurate design and efficiencyMaintain constant communication with sales team and DSM’sOther duties as necessary Qualifications Read and understand contract drawings and specificationsKnowledge of Bluebeam, Salesforce and Excel softwareUnderstand how to track, download and properly store drawingsUnderstand company and industry practicesGood verbal and written communication skillsWork in a fast paced environment to accurately and efficiently meet or exceed all deadline requirementsTwo year Arch/Eng design related degree or prior structural and/or joist estimating or detailing experience
