About Teufel Landscape: Teufel Landscape is a leading company specializing in the installation of commercial landscapes, irrigation systems, pedestal pavers, planters, woodwork, amenity spaces and green roofs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team in Kent, WA. This position is not remote and requires on-site presence.   Key Responsibilities: + Review and interpret construction plans and specifications. + Establish mark-ups, assess risks, and evaluate market conditions. + Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to ensure accurate and competitive bids. + Perform accurate take-offs using PlanSwift Takeoff software. + Solicit and compare competitive vendor pricing. + Prepare precise material lists and organize vendor quotes. + Present estimates to Business Developers and Branch Managers. + Assist Project Managers post-contract with material quotes, take-offs, and other necessary information. Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of commercial landscaping experience. + Strong landscape and irrigation knowledge. + Excellent computer and organizational skills. + Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. + Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Familiarity with Timberline estimating, PlanSwift, and ProCore is preferred but not required. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
