As an Estimator here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting AOP\ntargets for Honeywell GAS Detection solutions.
This position with Honeywell – Proposals & Estimation Team will be\nto provide necessary Sales Support / Estimation functions to front end Sales\nOffices and Account Managers globally for PMC – Process Measurement and Control\nline of business.
The reporting line would be\ndirectly to Estimating Supervisor. The candidate would co-ordinate with\nRegional Sales Managers, Account Managers, other estimating/ Sales Support\nresources and support on global estimating team.
Main responsibilities:
Interact directly with team and sales to establish requirements of proposal makings;
Take active part in development, co-ordinate and implement the standard Global estimating templates and processes in the region and leverage the use of Global Sales Support Tools like SFDC and SAP etc. for professional proposals that demonstrate business benefits;Co-ordinate & support on overall workload of Estimation with other team leaders globally;
Manage assigned task effectively and efficiently in a team environment;
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support;
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement;Handle customer queries; provides customer assistance in tasks associated with sales process;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeSensors sales experienceTechnology sales experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business salesTrack record of exceeding sales targets Experience in understanding different cultures and customer buying process within a region can be an added advantage.Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service;Experience and knowledge of our customer’s businesses and drivers; Proficient with computer-based business software/automation tools; Understanding of major competition and their product features and functionalities.
