Arconic is currently in search of an Estimator II to join our Kawneer Business in Springdale, AR for the US division of Building & Construction Systems (BCS).  This position, reporting to the Order Pursuit Supervisor, plays a critical role in the pricing/estimating of construction projects such as storefronts, curtain wall, doors and windows.  The ideal candidate will have broad construction knowledge, a strong customer focus, and exceptional verbal communications skills. 

Primary Responsibilities 

Prepares cost estimations for projects and construction plans using customer supplied lists, customer elevations, and architectural plans. Provides exceptional customer service for Kawneer’s clients. Consults with internal teams, clients, sales reps, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. For example, quote follow-ups, order changes, product related issues, and customer claims. Be a point-of-contact on phone inquiries with expectation of 100% response and customer assistance without frequently forwarding calls to other front-end employees.
