Responsibilities:

 Prepare and deliver\ndocumentation (estimations, proposals, clarifications and other information) in\nresponse to customer requests from early stages (bid-no-bid decision) until order\nis booked, including the coordination and development of the proposal in all\naspects.Review the value proposition ensuring\nwe offer the best solution to the customer while being aligned with Honeywell\nStrategy (Market Verticalization, NPI, other initiatives)Participate in\npre-bid meetings, bid strategy and presentations meetings to Honeywell\nmanagement and customers. Should possess the ability to\ncommunicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external customers\ne.g. understanding site surveys, accurately reviewing customer specifications,\nand with the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and resources required\nto achieve results within the proposal cycle;Analyze, design and develop viable\nend-to-end technical solutions for the ICSS business with a primary focus on DCS,\nSCADA and Process Safety Systems. Translate customer needs and business\nrequirements into detailed technical solutions and proposals. Evaluate\npotential solutions and systems architecture to ensure that they meet all\nrequirements; Hold and lead meetings with internal\nteams, customers, and vendors to review requirements, address open\nissues/questions, close gaps; Create and Maintain\nBid Plan and Review / Update Action Rail, coordinate follow-up call, assign\nactions and support in make them done in the proper time;Support sales and\noperations team to create project delivery plan, including labor execution\nstrategy and customer responsibilities.Prepare full proposal and costing of\nall Honeywell hardware, software and services, other 3rd party content,\ncontingencies, etc. Identify external content (3rd party)\nand interact with Procurement to obtain technical and commercial offers from\nexternal suppliers.Estimate internal (1st and 2nd party)\ncontent – hardware, software and services – using internal estimating toolset.\nFor complex proposals, can manage and lead a team of estimators.Responsible for\ncreation/collection of approvals documents and support on the review calls with\nupper management, including functional approvals, internal approvals and\nassociated documents. Any additional required approvals: Payment Terms,\nT&Cs, etc.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering must have Quality oriented, accuracy, ability to follow procedures, support changeTechnical mindset and integrative thinkingMS Office package pro use, ExcelA basic understanding of the bid management process and best practicesTechnical knowledge of DCS, SCADA, Safety Systems or any other industrial process systems: can be field engineering experience or advanced plant control or at least a well-developed sense of the industry and market trendsDemonstrated success working effectively in a deadline driven environmentProven ability to work on multiple projects/ opportunities at one time

Qualification Preferred

3+ years of bid management or project management experience Knowledge of existing Honeywell Process Solutions portfolioExperience working in a highly matrixed organizationExperience with balancing short-term results with long term strategy
