 This is a salaried role paying $65k + with an annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:Create quotes using company-designed software for multiple Project ManagersCreate proposals/scopes of work using company-designed software for multiple Project ManagersWork closely with Project Managers and Operations Team in designing and creating accurate, profitable quotes/proposalsPerform project take-offs from architect/construction spec drawingsPrepare project submittals for specified contract projects 
Candidate Requirements: Understanding of construction and specification driven bidding processesAbility to read/interpret architectural drawings and perform project take offsAbility to compile and prepare project submittalsComputer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)General construction, roofing knowledgeAble to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feetKnowledge of estimating/quoting programs
