What You Will Be Doing:

As a Estimator / Project Manager, we require a strong knowledge on commercial roofing process.  Not only will you be improving on our bidding process, we promote you to bring your methodologies to help improve our business to tie out with all cross functioning teams. 

 

What You Need for this Position

At Least 5 Years of Commercial Roofing Experience

Bachelor Degree or equivalentExperience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-up, Bitumen, and Sheet MetalAbility to understand complex contracts, RFP, and proposals.Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external teamsProject scheduling of jobsFamiliarity with Edge Estimating Software

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
