We’re looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on turning blueprints into reality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projectsCollaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to deliveryProvide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specsAssist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementCommunicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success

What You Bring:

Background in construction, or framing is highly preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical skills – comfortable working with blueprints and calculating loads.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
