Working within the ET Business Office you will have opportunities to help Ford ET move forward by leading a team of analysts to provide timely financial analysis for ISIT and Finance leadership. In this role you will be a lead planner for ISIT operating expense, investment spend and assist leadership with financial decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
BSc, Finance or BBA 5+ years' experience in a financial PM role professionally Prior supervisory OR management experience Collaboration and ability to work with others is essential Strong Finance/Accounting Skills for corporate environment (forecasts, budgets, actuals, accruals, understanding cap/exp, etc.) Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), coupled with Analytical Skills and a Detail-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of NICUS or similar financial reporting platform Knowledge of Ariba/CPARS or similar platforms Knowledge of SAP or similar platform The ideal candidate for this position will embrace multi-tasking, working together with leadership, constant learning, serving the customer with passion and positivity, and have a strong focus on quality and details, as well as big picture financials This is not a traditional role on an IT development or support team A person looking to directly work on the development and support IT applications would not be a good fit for this team

What you'll do…
Responsible for supervising and cultivating strong analyst team of 7 FTE’s Facilitate A+F reporting for ISIT spend using Nicus. Develop and maintain monthly reports for ISIT leadership. Coordinate weekly financial governance meeting with ISIT OCM, controller’s meeting, and M. Amend mtg to support compliance to Delegations of Authority for all spend. Collaborate with ISIT delivery teams to complete any ad-hoc ITBO financial assignments relating to financial reporting (i.e., ground up forecast, sourcing strategy, etc.) Collaborate with ISIT delivery teams to manage overall Purchase Order issues, initiatives, renewals, payments, credits, etc. Work with ISIT leadership, Finance to align annual Business Plan and support delivery team level budget planning.
