Short Description Ensure all verbal communication with customers, staff, and volunteers is clear, concise, complete, friendly, and appropriate. Assist other members of the staff by answering questions and solving problems.Clean fitting rooms and help each other run the clothing back to the floor throughout the dayCheck, clean, and replenish the racks on the sales floor.Complete the opening and closing task lists.Fill in daily recap sheet with the day’s sales & activities, run the nightly reports, and scan in the reports in the mornings.Ring up customers, reconcile the cash register, ascertain the nightly deposit, and double count it to make sure it is correct.Process donations, wash and tag items, and stock the items on the salesfloor.Demonstrates a superior work ethic and professionalism including sound attitude, excellent behavior, responsibility, and accountability for work.Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges, even when confronted with changes, uncertainty, adversity, or other pressures. Promotes a positive atmosphere to attain a high level of morale and productivity.Assists the Managers as delegated with outsourced vendors: such as cleaning staff, trash pick-up, etc. Education RequirementsHighschool diploma or equivalent required.
