Summary
The ETF Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the growth and management of Neuberger Berman's ETF product offerings. This position will involve working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to promote the growth of our ETF business. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of ETFs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities will be working with our ETF Team to support the growth of Neuberger Berman’s ETF business and its suite of products.
Sales, Prospecting, and Business Development
Assist in the expansion of our ETF pipeline, which will include prospecting for new business, establishing new business relationships, calling on existing relationships, and promoting the ETF franchise to internal stakeholdersRespond to both client and client advisor inquiries and provide detailed product information and performance updates for ad hoc information requestsParticipate in industry events and conferences to enhance Neuberger Berman's presence in the ETF market.Act as a subject matter expert on ETFs, providing support and education to clients and internal teams.Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and other educational materials to clients and prospects.General Sales and Marketing Support
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to promote ETF products.Create and maintain marketing materials, including fact sheets, presentations, and other collateral.Market Research and Analysis
Analyze competitive landscape and provide insights for product differentiation.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments impacting ETFs.Monitor and analyze the performance of existing ETF productsGeneral Sales and Marketing Support
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to promote ETF products.Create and maintain marketing materials, including fact sheets, presentations, and other collateral.Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the ETF industry, with a working understanding of ETF mechanics, trading, and market dynamics.An ability to articulate the key differentiators of actively managed ETFs across asset classes will be essentialAs part of a broader distribution team, the ideal candidate will possess interpersonal skills and the flexibility to engage with a broad range of personality typesExperience selling into RIAs and IBDs a plusBachelor's degree with progress towards a professional certification a plus.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.Proficiency with the integration of data and Salesforce a plusProficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar, and other financial data platforms.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.Series 7 and 66 requiredCompensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
