You lead and be the ECO in your area (Business Unit, Country, Function)You are a key business partner of the regional lead team and champion a culture of integrity within the organization and among all employeesYou lead cross-functional projects, influence and implement global compliance programs and governanceYou simplify and innovate processes and how we work together (e.g., artificial intelligence)You drive data-based decision making across your business partners, fostering a principle based E&C programDevelop positive, trustful and successful relationships with business partners fostering a speak-up culture and learning mindsetAssess, monitor and evaluate risk areas as well as support business partners in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive activitiesCollaborate with ASG E&C colleagues and business partners on the localization of E&C procedures and lead the implementation and communication
